Flex Wheeler shares his idea as to how to improve the workout

It’s been years since 57-year-old Wheeler graced the professional bodybuilding stage. But the legacy that he has created remains an inspiration for many. Staying connected with the sport that bought him fame, Flex now imparts his bodybuilding wisdom to his followers through his social media platform.
Thus, following his usual drill, the legend posted a series of Instagram stories where he subtly suggested adding sprinting to your workout routine. Sharing a short clip of a sprinter who is seen practicing on the tracks, Wheeler wrote, “Sprinter, ALWAYS look amazing… and perform amazing.” Impressed by their athletic skills and toned physique, he quickly suggested, “you should be sprinting.”
In the following story, Flex also explained why he loves the sport. Speaking his heart out, he said, “Mobility, movement in multiple planes of motion, speed, power, and spatial awareness…” According to him, these qualities help one become a true athlete. But that was not all from Wheeler’s end; he had more to add about the sport.
Wheeler shares his thought on a sprinter
Even though Wheeler refrained from getting into more details, he could not hold back his excitement seeing a sprinter doing his usual drill on the tracks. Sharing another short clip of a sprinter, Wheeler wrote, “World-class sprinter…” The Mr. Olympia runners-up also drew the attention of his followers to the impeccable physique of the athlete.

Understanding how much effort one puts into the sport, he showered praise and remarked, “And that’s a sprinters physique…” With the help of Instagram stories, Wheeler effortlessly hinted at his love for sprinting. However, he did not share any further details as to how one can exactly adopt sprinting into a bodybuilding workout.
