Pregnant women have often been told things like, “don’t lift heavy things,” “don’t walk fast” etc. They are always reminded to be extra careful of their steps. However, breaking the stigma about how an expecting woman should behave, this soon-to-be mom and CrossFit champion is showing the world, they can be as carefree as ever. When 6x CrossFit’s fittest woman, Tia Clair, announced her pregnancy in December 2022, no one expected to see her in the gym so soon.

However, contrary to popular belief, Clair never took the time off. Even when her little baby bump has started to show, the 26-year-old continues with her intense workout. Recently, Clair shared a video from one of her sessions. Safe to say, the viewers were stunned at first. But surprisingly, the comments section was filled with hilariously positive comments. Many shared their predictions of how tough the baby is going to be.

On 12th February 2023, Tia Clair Toomey-Orr shared an intense workout video. Adding a caption, she wrote, “Modified one of the workouts from the @prvnfitness compete/athletes training today. I did goblet squats, KB snatches & pull ups. My legs were feeling the burn by the end of it. 🔥” Amazed by the pregnant woman’s workout, fans shared some hilarious predictions about the baby. One such fan wrote, “Baby gonna be jacked.”

Another one added, “Anyone else thinking about how tough the baby will be.” A third fan commented, “Baby’s gonna come out shredded 🔥. One more fan wrote, “That’s not a baby it’s a fuel cell.”

One fan commented about the time when Clair would be giving birth. They wrote, “The way them pelvis muscles have been working…that Labor gonna be the fastest of all time!!! 1 push and she Doneeeee😮😅.” Worried about the reaction of the critics, another fan wrote, “Careful! Some unqualified people might give you unsolicited advice 🤦🏻‍♀️.”

Looking at the athlete religiously working out, a hopeful fan commented, “Wait Wait Wait!…..here me out….she technically didn’t say she was NOT competing this year at the Games, she gonna crush the Open, have the baby, and would somehow still be on the podium this season at the Games 😂.”
