James West picked on Hall sipping cranberry juice. When asked why, Hall shared that when he began bodybuilding during his early teenage years, he constantly heard bodybuilders having their magic formula. They believed that it would make them stronger. Hall discovered his magic formula at 17. He came across a study performed on 100 people who trained for 12 weeks. They were divided into two groups of 50. One group drank water while working out, and the other half drank cranberry juice.
Finally, it turned out that the latter group was 20% stronger than the other group. Hall does not know whether it is the carbohydrates, Vitamin C, or antioxidants that work miraculously for the body, but he incorporated the acidic drink into his mix.
On knowing about the cranberry juice story, James West exclaimed, “This is the magic sauce!” Further, for a man that has a beastly body, it is safe to assume that just a glass or two won’t do the trick. In fact, he drinks as much as two liters of cranberry juice every day! He explained, “That study was there so and that had embed as a young teenager that embedded in my brain ever since then. I’ve drunk two liters of cranberry juice every day of my life really yeah.”
