Lou Ferrigno was embarrassed because of a movie scene
In an interview with Entertainment in 2003, Lou was asked about a sequence from his 1983 movie “Hercules.” The reporter asked Ferrigno if he had ever thought about the scene where he threw a grizzly bear into outer space.
Lou claimed that he first noticed the scene while he and his buddies were in a movie theater watching the film. Following the incident, Ferrigno’s pals could not stop laughing, and Ferrigno marveled at the bear’s ability to float.
Ferrigno said, “They just couldn’t stop laughing. I was shocked because the way the bear was floating, it just looked like a big stuffed animal.” Later, Ferrigno expressed doubt over whether people would care to read the kind of stuff the interviewer was asking.
