In the Instagram story, Wheeler said, “Hey so listen, real quickly. I find it very interesting when people talk about something they can’t afford. They always find the money for other things that they really want.”

Wheeler continued, “In case important, eating out, Starbucks, fast food and all that stuff and then you say you can’t afford to invest in your own self. Sit down and think about it. How much money do I blow on things I don’t need and how much do I invest in myself? You will be surprised.”

In addition, in the uploaded Instagram story, he also compared a few prices of some regular spends and the one he is charging for his 1:1, in his Flex Wheeler’s coaching. He wrote, “Mon-Sun Starbucks = $186/mo, 1:1 = $199/mo.” “Takeout 2x wk = $240/mo, 1:1 coaching = Save $40” “Personal Trainer = $400/mo, 1:1 coaching = 1/2 the price”
