From what started as a passion for getting bigger muscles to professional accomplishments, Ronnie left behind a truly inspirational legacy.

Ronnie kept pushing his limits despite facing multiple setbacks in the form of countless physical injuries. In a recently shared video, the ace bodybuilder can be seen sharing his “secret” mantra.

Ronnie’s secret 

In the video shared, we can see Ronnie sitting on a gym bench. Captioning his post, Ronnie writes, “letting you guys know one of my secrets back in the day.”

The bodybuilder further expresses, “I’m all about my honesty and integrity.” Taking a cream tube Ronnie in the video can be heard saying, “putting all this skin toning lotion.” As he reveals further, it’s something he did to get rid of the extra water under the skin.

Revealing his secret to all his fans, he says that this has been his regular practice. He used such creams for skin tightening and toning. He further affirms it by adding in the post, “there is no reason to lie.”

Further, in the video, he demonstrates how to use the lotion properly. He also captions,” used it how I applied it in the video and used it every day every time I did cardio.” 

Ronnie Coleman: The idol who became a rival

For younger generations, Ronnie is an inspiration. Many aspiring bodybuilders hail Ronnie for his impeccable strength. An idol to many, only a few get a chance to compete with Ronnie. And one of the few fortunate was former Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler. They shared the stage for the first time in 2001.

Cutler had a fan moment when he got the opportunity to compete with his idol. Reminiscing the moment, he adds“…when your idol becomes your rival.” For any fan, getting to spend some moments together will always be special. The moments become even more valued when they get “to stand toe-to-toe.”
