“That’s a Real Cake, LOL”: 4X Mr. Olympia, Chris Bumstead, Surprised by His Thoughtful Birthday Cake

Christopher Adam Bumstead, aka Chris Bumstead, just got a year old. Marking his 28th birthday in style with friends and loved ones, the Classic Physique bodybuilder got the most interesting cake to cut. Taken aback by such a unique design and concept, the bodybuilding star looked excited.

Sharing the moment and the delicious-looking cake, the Canadian bodybuilder earlier today posted an Instagram story. In the stories, the reigning champion also shared a couple of photos and videos as tidbits from his special day.

The cake that Chris Bumstead can never turn down  

Being a professional bodybuilder calls for a tough life. From maintaining a strict exercise routine to following a diet, there’s no room for compromise. From body weight to calorie count, everything needs to be monitored. While bodybuilders have to think multiple times before enjoying their pizza, they do not need to give it a second thought before taking their protein shake.

Thus, when Bumstead saw a cake in the mold of a protein shake, he could hardly turn it down. Sharing a glimpse of the interesting yet thoughtful birthday cake, the legend wrote, “THAT’S A REAL CAKE LOL.” The 2022 Mr. Olympia Classic Physique division Champion also thanked the team of Raw Nutrition for celebrating his birthday in bodybuilding style.

Founded by Domenic Iacovone and Matt Jansen, Raw Nutrition also has a line of products called CBUM. But, for Bumstead, that was not all from the birthday celebration. In the next story, he re-shared the post that was posted by his fiance Courtney King. A collage of beautiful memories together, the video that King shared for Bumstead will surely melt down the hearts.

A special video for the birthday boy

Walking down memory lane, King posted a series of pictures in a short video format to show her love for Bumstead. As One Direction’s- Night Changes played in the background, fans saw many exclusive pictures of the birthday boy. From Chris playing basketball to sitting on the couch with this pet dog and him sitting at the cafeteria, he smiled the brightest in all the moments. Expressing her love, she wrote, “We have been through so much, and I wouldn’t want anyone but you beside me!”

King also shared a series of photo collages of them together in her Instagram story. With thousands of memories together, it was indeed a tough one for her to decide on the photos. But needless to say, she did her best to make the day special for the birthday boy.
