Pilates is a type of exercise that helps improve overall endurance, flexibility, and core strength. Even though Pilates is frequently linked with a slower pace and less intensive workouts, it can still be difficult for people who are not used to more intense workouts. Baena took to Instagram and shared glimpses of his workout arena post his training session.
With chiseled abs and toned muscles, his physique looked phenomenal. However, Baena, who is used to challenging workouts, acknowledged that Pilates was difficult for him. Baena posted a story after a Pilates session. Soaked in sweat and with an exhausted look on his face, he said, “That was ridiculous”.
He also busted out the myth that revolves around the notion of a Pilates regime. “Hot Pilates is no joke,” Baena wrote in the story. However, this is not the first time when the Austrian Oak’s son opened up about his experiences in bodybuilding.
