In an interview with E! News, Schwarzenegger unveiled one of her embarrassing moments with her husband. When asked about one of the romantic things that Pratt did for her, she had an interesting story to tell.

The interview took place a few days before Valentine’s Day. Schwarzenegger came in to promote her new book, Good Night, Sister and curious hosts asked the New York Times Bestselling author about her plans for a day full of romance. It turns out, the couple had an in-house party planned along with Schwarzenegger’s mother, Maria Shriver, and Pratt was to take on cooking duties.

The Hollywood actor is a good cook and would often make tasty treats for his family. However, there’s a catch. Schwarzenegger has a certain food preference that Pratt usually adheres to, or else a romantic moment turns disastrous pretty quickly. The author prefers extremely simple food – the kind one would get on a kids’ menu in a restaurant.

Recalling an embarrassing moment, Schwarzenegger remembered how her husband tried to be romantic once and took her to a fancy restaurant. But things didn’t go down well when the mother of two didn’t prefer any of the cuisines available. She laughed, “It was just such a waste of time and money because I literally order off the children’s menu. So, I’m like, this is not…you don’t need to do this ever again!”. But jokes aside, does her husband have any quirks when it comes to food?

In a promotional post during the holidays, Katherine Schwarzenegger took to social media to reveal a little secret – there was something common between her husband and mother. Both Pratt and Shriver were addicted to a delicious snack.

The duo bonded over popcorn! Quinn Snacks popcorn had sent Schwarzenegger various flavors for the holiday season, and the author was thrilled! She stocked up on them and wrote, “@prattprattpratt and @marishriver are going to go nuts for this since they are popcorn addicts.” Looks like the entire family bonds over good food and fun moments!
