Describing how women are taught to behave in a certain way, Speegle told how judging women based on their bodies should be stopped.
Speegle posted this Instagram Reel on 27th February 2023 in collaboration with Tyr Sport, a popular apparel and athletics brand. Criticizing how women are judged by their appearance, Speegle related how this could hurt women. With this, Speegle also shared her views on what makes women beautiful and women’s tremendous capacity in any sphere of life.

Speegle captioned this Instagram post, “Women can do everything. End of discussion.” Recommending people to stop adding references to women’s shape, size, and body to this sentence, Speegle advocated a shift in people’s mentality. Continuing, she added, “We have to stop defining a women’s worth in terms of her appearance. No matter where she is on her body journey.” She further remarked that not doing so could have an impact on how women feel about themselves.

Later, she lifted a 250-pound sandbag, showcasing her amazing strength. Stating how she refused to be defined by her appearance, Speegle shed light on her unique perspective. “Our bodies are beautiful because of what they can do and not what they look like.”
Further, she highlighted the massive potential of women’s bodies to endure pressure and accomplish great things. Her perspective was, “It can push the limits of everything I have imagined and also everything that I haven’t dared to imagine.” Relating how the human body could “sweat and bleed without breaking,” Speegle implied that women shouldn’t be underestimated. Holmes’s capacity to do jumping jacks and squats can be seen in this video. The CrossFit veteran can also easily bend down and get up without any support. Her workout at the gym once again proves that age is no bar to accomplishing anything.
