While motherhood is a gift, being a mother is not easy. Recently, popular fitness trainer Kayla Itsines shared her post-partum struggles on 5th January 2023. The baby boy is Itsines second child after her daughter Arna. Itsines described her experience after having a C-section and discussed whether she would continue training post-pregnancy.
Itsines made these revelations in a Facebook post. Along with her struggles, she also shared a picture where she was feeding the baby Jax using a bottle. Itsines is seen smiling, and holding her baby boy in her arms.

“It’s almost been 2 weeks since baby Jax entered this world and although I’m still in a bit of pain from the surgery, I’m SO happy”, Itsines admitted. Continuing, she added,” I can’t get back into training until I’m approved which is still quite a while away.” This reflects how her primary focus, for now, will be to focus on healing and getting her strength back after the difficulties of pregnancy.
Itsines also revealed that she will repost some of her popular videos till she recovers. She disclosed, “I definitely will be posting a little bit about my post-pregnancy experience.” Along with this, Itsines also asked for suggestions from her fans about which post-pregnancy topics she should post about.
In an Instagram post, she expressed that she would continue to be grateful till her body recovers. Not only this, but Itsines also posted a memorable short video clip on which shows her enjoying precious moments with her fiance Jae Woodroffe, her daughter Arna and her new baby Jax.
Itsines captioned the post, “Meet our precious little boy with the worlds best big sister.” The video captures an emotional moment where her daughter Arna kisses the new baby and hugs her. Needless to say, her family is her most important priority for now.

Itsines was not alone in her challenges. Bodybuilder Jessica Anderson also faced a huge challenge after the birth of her second child which she solved through her passion for bodybuilding.

Anderson narrated how she had difficulty losing weight after having a second child as she was too occupied with other tasks. At that time, Anderson was pursuing her career in nursing alongside handling her children. To regain her lost health, Anderson turned to bodybuilding.

Bodybuilding then helped to keep her fit and balance her nursing career with her personal life. Surprisingly, the sport also gave her strength of self-control along with positivity. Waking up before 5 am to work out at the gym, Anderson proved that motherhood is not a hindrance to fulfilling one’s interests.
