In his latest video, Mike O’Hearn took out a couple of tiffin boxes from a giant carton box. In this endeavor, his son, Titan, helped his father carefully take out the boxes. The father-son duo was seen piling up the black tiffin boxes one by one.

Mike shared this post, adding a hilarious take on it. He wrote a disclaimer on the video that said, “stealing my kids school lunch” which was followed by “(I needed the gains more).” The bodybuilder joked about eating his son’s lunch because his own meals were falling short of providing him with the appropriate gains.

However, in reality, Mike was promoting a bodybuilding meal brand, Icon Meals, with his 2.5 million followers. It is famous for creating tasty packaged meals that take care of a bodybuilder’s quantity and taste requirements. 

Moreover, in his caption, the father and bodybuilder wrote, “Head over to @iconmeals and get all your meals ready to go at your fingertips! ” He suggested his followers try the brand’s Titan burrito and other lip-smacking recipes. Lastly, Mike gave an important lesson to aspiring bodybuilders: “Never miss another meal and get your gainz!” Indeed, bodybuilders need to consume the required amount of meals. If they skip their meals, they will lose muscles before fat, making their hard work go for a toss.

Mike O’Hearn talks about drying out in bodybuilding

In one of Mike O’Hearn YouTube videos, his wife, Mona Muresan, asked the bodybuilder, “Can you tell people when they should be doing a dry out? We get a lot of questions about that.” For bodybuilders, drying out is a crucial step as it makes the muscles look highly pronounced. According to Mike O’Hearn, the best time for bodybuilders to dry out is at the end of their bodybuilding program, during their prep week. 

 

He added that bodybuilders dry out also at the beginning of their training regime to increase metabolism. However, drying out without taking breaks can weaken the body. Hence, one must do it intelligently.
