With a thirst for something more than just his impressive physique, Cutler is now sharing priceless advice through his newsletter Jaymail. Protect your peace, whatever the cost

Relating how people shared their struggles with him at expos and store appearances, Cutler stated an interesting observation.  “Something I definitely see come up a lot is the company people are keeping, and sometimes even their family, having a negative impact on their life.”

Continuing, the bodybuilding legend  expressed, “Look, you have to understand that nobody deserves your time if they are being negative, toxic and constantly bringing you down.” Further, he told fans that negative people could create problems for them.
Later, Cutler elaborated that while he understood people’s wish to stand by their acquaintances during their difficult times, they should be aware of the consequences. His strong opinion was, “But if there is a constant theme of negativity and the person is not trying to address it, there comes a time when you have to think of the impact it is having on YOU.”
Afterward, implying how people need to prioritize and shift focus to their well-being, Cutler spoke about how positive people are held back and unappreciated. Toward the end of the newsletter, Cutler gave fans a strong message: “Be really careful with who you invest your time into because that is the most precious thing we all have.”
Through his newsletter, Cutler also once shared a painful reality about how his life changed after becoming a bodybuilding champion.

Jay Cutler’s fame became his pain

Cutler shared how the expectations from fans increased after his spectacular success in his bodybuilding career. “I have lived with that pressure since 2006, where everybody wants a piece of me, and expects me to be in a certain way.”

Post this, he narrated an engaging anecdote where once, kids who knew he would be training at night flooded his gym and expressed their strong desire to be trained by him. He also hinted that while inspiring people gave him joy, it made him more aware of his behavior, making him more careful as a public figure.
