Cutler, a four-time Mr. Olympia, dominated the bodybuilding world at the beginning of the 21st century. Moreover, he is one of the greatest players to have taken up this sport apart from the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Ronnie Coleman. He once talked about his interest in his side business along with his exploits in bodybuilding.
Jay Cutler on making millions from his side business
During Flex Lewis’ Straight Outta The Lair podcast, Cutler once explained his side business of buying and renting properties. Talking about it, he said, “In 2002 I moved here in the house you came to, you came when you were young. You know, I built a house for like 300k. I sold it for a million bucks, you know, like four years later.”
Further, he added, “But I bought a house every, every show that I won like those three I won seven contests I bought seven homes and those three I was you know in with. I was a flipper so I was building homes and making money and then I got into rental properties and that’s really what gave me the momentum financially was investing my money into that. It was just easy after that.”

Cutler talks about his top five bodybuilders
The four-time Mr. Olympia, recently, named his best five bodybuilders of all time. He mentioned Ronnie Coleman, Dorian Yates, Lee Haney, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Sergio Oliva, to be his top five bodybuilders of all time.

Apart from winning the Mr. Olympia title on four occasions, Cutler also finished as the runners-up on six occasions. He had an intriguing rivalry with Ronnie Coleman. Moreover, their rivalry is considered to be one of the greatest in the modern day professional bodybuilding.
