The GOAT Mr. Olympia, Ronnie Coleman, has conquered the world of bodybuilding with his amazing skills. He holds the record for having the most heads of Mr. Olympia from other legends. His name gets counted in the list of the most incredible bodybuilders of all time, with the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Coleman has faced many major issues throughout his bodybuilding career. However, he has made many sacrifices to succeed in his career. Besides his bodybuilding career, he has also made sacrifices in college.

Ronnie Coleman struggled in college

Once during an interview, Ronnie revealed how he had to say no to many girls to focus on his studies. As he succeeded in bodybuilding, he wanted to be the topper of his class and graduate with good marks. However, in the end, all his difficulties made his future brighter. 

He stated, “It was so many of the girls that I turned down that, uh, you know, want to hang out with me. Yeah, I mean, I like to do that, but I got started for the account exam. I’m gonna catch you next time most time, I just avoided it all together for the most part, and sometimes it’s easier, sometimes it’s hard, but you know, like I was willing to make sacrifices because I wanted to graduate, and I wanted to graduate on top of my class.”

Talking about his struggles during his peak time in his career, he faced many injuries. His major injuries included injuries to his hips, back, and other joints. However, there was a time when he performed on the stage even after these injuries. 

The difficulties Ronnie faced in bodybuilding

Previously, he went under treatment surgery when his four broken bones needed to be fixed in 2018. However, things with his body went wrong when the doctors advised him not to do the workout.

Coleman once revealed in an interview that the way he started working again worsened his health. After a failed surgery, Ronnie has been seen using other people’s support or a wheelchair to move.

In addition, during an online interview, he also stated he had no idea if he would be able to walk again. His million fans have been praying for his health and want him to be standing on his legs again.
