A look back at Mamdouh Elssbiay’s bodybuilding journey ahead of the big day
Making his name register in the bodybuilding world, Elssbiay wrote his name on the pro card by coming out victorious with the overall title at the 2012 Amateur Olympia. Since then, there had been no looking back for him. Making his IFBB pro-debut the following year, he registered a comfortable win. However, he faced a little setback when he was diagnosed with Covid-19 and had to step away from participating in the 2020 Europa Pro Bodybuilding Championships.
Elssbiay won the 2020 and 2021 editions of Mr. Olympia and remains a tough competitor for this year as well. As he prepares to win his third win, it’s just a matter of a few days before fans finally get to see if or not Big Ramy lifts the trophy!
