Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed the catch
In a section titled The Hops That Give Hope, the former politician said, “Scientists might appreciate beer more than you think.” According to the former Mr. Olympia, Italian scientists recently made a significant discovery. However, one can’t just chug pints of beer, as the hops have to be extracted from the beer.

Interestingly, the process of extracting the compound is similar to brewing beer.
“The alcohol won’t do your body any favors,” wrote Schwarzenegger for those who plan to up their beer intake. The former politician implemented the ‘California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006′ and thinks that the recent breakthrough is promising.
