Despite his health struggles post-retirement, bodybuilding legend, Ronnie Coleman built an opulent $200,000 gym in his house to enjoy a personalized experience. The space cost him more than the house itself, which was recorded at $125,000. However, after residing in his lush Texas abode for 26 years, the pro has decided to sell it. He announced the offer in a recent update on Instagram. A follow-up post by Coleman on the matter surfaced hours ago, inviting buyers to come and have a look. 

Besides that, he has a special gift for the first 10 visitors, signed photocopies of Coleman welcoming them to his Open House party. The necessary details were mentioned in the caption and the video featuring the pro signing the memoirs.

Taking to his Instagram, the 58-year-old icon cheerfully called buyers to visit his home, while signing the copies. “Yeah Buddy, we have an Open House to sell my house tomorrow from 1-4pm,” the caption read. Moreover, he could be heard saying in the video, “We really appreciate you all coming out.” 

The party is going to take place this weekend, and Coleman is offering the right kind of motivation. Autographed pictures of his shredded self for the first 10 visitors only. “So come out guys if you’re in the market for a really nice 5 bedroom 3 bath home,” he added. 

As per sources, the eight-time Mr. Olympia shared why he was willing to sell the house he’d planned to live forever in. He claimed that upon his wife’s suggestion, he decided to move into a bigger home with his “bigger family.”

“After 26 years in my lovely home, I am finally selling it to move into a bigger house for my bigger family,” the IFBB pro revealed in his caption. He also pointed out the iconic gym facility along with a newly installed Jacuzzi. He added, “I’m hoping someone else falls in love with it the way I fell in love with it. I had planned to stay forever but my wife wanted a bigger house for our growing girls.”

Besides, the trophy case was another real catch in the luxurious abode. The bodybuilder has a special place for this residence because of its history. It had stuck through the good and bad of his career. Hence, it was a difficult step for him to leave it behind.
