Ramy recently had the opportunity to guest pose for the 2022 Dennis James Classic. The beast made sure to tweak his physique to perfection as fans welcomed him onstage with a huge uproar. With the biggest bodybuilding championship, Mr. Olympia, only a few weeks away, Big Ramy seems more ready than ever.

Big Ramy shows off his best form

Most certainly, Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay is all set to retain his title this year. Undoubtedly, the champion is the strongest contender to win the event in December. Recently, the legend showed up at the Dennis James Classic championship as a guest. He took the opportunity to pose and show off his progress since the previous year.

The crowd cheered as the beast showed off his defined muscles and giant form. Notably, the bodybuilder has also received praise from former Mr. Olympia champions like Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler. While he was criticized the previous year for not showing his full package, he has decided to redeem himself this year.

The Egyptian has impressed fellow athletes and champions with his size. Now, with proper conditioning, the legend has increased his chances of grabbing the title for the third time.

Recently, Ramy also came under flak for not appearing at Jim Manion’s Pittsburgh Pro show, where he was invited as a guest poser. While people questioned his commitment to the sport, he apologized and assured his fans that he was preparing hard for the championship.

Although the champion is busy preparing and impressing his fans, he never had it easy. Big Ramy had to go through numerous struggles in order to get to his goal. The bodybuilder previously worked as a fisherman in Kuwait before he turned to the sport. He has shown an insane amount of perseverance to reach where he has today. Now that he’s all set to compete this year, it will be interesting to see how his stage rivals do.
