After having expressed his evident displeasure over the backstage arrangement of Mr. Olympia 2022, the LND bodybuilder reflects on how he pursues bodybuilding in a detailed video. As he shares his perspective, one can realize how his approach differs from others. 

Sharing a glimpse of the same earlier today, the ace bodybuilder took to his Instagram. Updating fans about his new video, the bodybuilder in the clip speaks extensively about how to manage the growing number of bodybuilding channels and information.

James Hollingshead shared his take on the growing number of YouTube channels about bodybuilding

As each day pass, the number of bodybuilding channels and information sites sprawls uncensored. Thus, as the numbers increase, James points out how “baffling” it can be to get people to consume the right source. A bodybuilder himself, he too acknowledges how he too ends up suffering multiple sources. However, unlike others, while doing so, he “feels like it’s all going too far.”

As a way out, he tries to keep this toned down, and about the same, he remarks, “In a world full of complicated bodybuilding, I try to keep it simple.” Instead of running behind multiple sources, he sticks to one and advises his fans to follow his quick tip. Sharing his piece of advice, he comments, “I can promise you if you wanna learn, simply Don’t get too much involved in other youtube channels.”

Knowing for speaking his heart out, Hollingshead never sighed away from saying facts loud and clear. The participant of Mr. Olympia 2022 had words of criticism for its poor backstage management. Speaking up against the management, he opened up about how things were at the back.

Hollingshead criticized the management

Highlighting the mismanagement of the event, Hollingshead revealed how the focus was more “on the production.” Speaking up from his own experience, he told how the performance of the athletes was hampered because of the show running late and the cramped backstage spaces. He explained how the physical aspects of the athletes were treated as “secondary.”

For those unversed, Hollingshead debuted in 2021, Mr. Olympia. Last year, he grabbed the media highlight at the 2022 Mr. Olympia event by refusing to leave the show stage. He remains active on his social media and keeps updating fans on various bodybuilding tips.
