Giving it his all to look the fittest in Masters Olympia, Jay Cutler shared his amazing efforts in cooking and eating on his YouTube channel Jay Cutler TV. The bodybuilding legend’s revelations came months after he admitted to consuming 140 egg whites a day while prepping for contests.  In his recent YouTube video, Cutler finally disclosed how many hours he spent cooking and eating.
The bodybuilder’s revelations are interesting considering the fact that he consumed between 5000 and 6000 calories every day while preparing for bodybuilding contests in the past. Not only this, he once told how he ate every 2 and a half hours and liked to cook his own chicken and steak. Cutler’s recent fitness video not only shed light on his mindset but also his fitness before the upcoming Masters Olympia.

Jay Cutler tells the secret behind his well-developed physique

“Cooking and eating is five or 6 hours of my day”, Cutler stated in the YouTube shorts video. It gave a glimpse of him barbecuing, eating meals, and exercising his arms and massive biceps to develop a well-toned body. These hints how the 4X bodybuilding champion has a strong mindset for training consistently ahead of the upcoming Masters Olympia where he is a guest.
Earlier, in another video shot in 2013, Cutler talked about how spending money on food was probably his biggest expense. He also recalled, “I was buying like cows, and like chicken breasts from like, a real farm”, further crediting Massachusetts meat for his bodybuilding success.
He also added that even when he didn’t train, he had a lot of meals from outside, once again emphasizing his focus on food. “I eat, you know, 100 grand worth of food probably between eating out and eating on a diet”, he said. Later, he further explained that along with staying home and prepping his food, he also liked to weigh his food. These admissions once again prove to be a testament to Cutler’s tremendous dedication to fitness. In an earlier video, the 4X Olympia champion gave his unique take on his diet choices.
