The Instagram post on Coleman’s account revealed that the 58-year-old pro will be shifting into a bigger house for his “bigger family.” He has decided to sell the house that sheltered him for over two decades due to his wife’s suggestion, as per the caption. He also shared that he had planned to reside there for the rest of his life, but since his two daughters, Jamilleah and Valencia, are grown, greater space is much needed.

“After 26 years in my lovely home, I am finally selling it to move into a bigger house for my bigger family. I’m hoping someone else falls in love with it the way I fell in love with it. I had planned to stay forever but my wife wanted a bigger house for our growing girls,” the IFBB icon wrote. Later on, he enlisted the facilities in his new abode along with a fascinating statement for his wife, Susan Williamson.
The King asserted, “You know what they say, ‘Happy wife Happy life’ plus the time is now. This house has the best gym ever and the best living accommodations ever. We just installed a brand new Jacuzzi that the girls adore.” He encouraged potential buyers to visit his historical home while pointing out that “the trophy case” is an insane key highlight of the residence. The video also provided the necessary details of the realtor for further information. Surprisingly, the house boasted an elite gym worth thousands that Coleman had built for himself to maintain a personal experience.
Ronnie Coleman invested more in his personal gym than the entire house
The champion was well aware of his priorities. He once revealed that the house cost him about $125,000 whereas the gym alone cost him $200,000. To this date, Coleman loves to work out and lift weights, despite his health concerns. Therefore, he mentioned why he decided to spend more on his personal gym.

“The main thing I wanted was a squat rack. And a bench press. I’ve also got a table crossover. The dumbbells start at 5lbs and go all the way up to 200lbs. But the main reason I wanted my own gym – to play my own music!” he said in an interview.
