Recently, he made headlines when he embarked on an incredible feat of endurance and strength, training his arms nonstop for a staggering eight hours.

The insane workout regime has grabbed the attention of bodybuilding enthusiasts from all around the globe. 

A bizarre yet impactful approach

Many fitness enthusiasts might consider an eight-hour workout as outrageous, but Super Troy has always been one to push the limits. His arms workout was no ordinary session, but rather a grueling test of endurance that pushed his limits to the extreme. Over the course of eight hours, he performed 128 sets of intense exercises designed to challenge his arms in every possible way, from bicep curls and tricep extensions and many more. 

He also consumed massive amounts of food during a workout to fuel his body to perform at its absolute best and achieve incredible results. Troy consumed a total of 24 chicken nuggets during the workout. On top of it, he claimed to have taken 15 protein shakes throughout the day.

This provided him with the necessary fuel to keep going during the grueling workout. “128 sets, 15 Protein Shakes, 24 chicken nuggets, and 8 hours later I finished the most grueling workout of my entire life.”, he said in the video

The results of Super Troy’s eight-hour arm workout were nothing short of incredible, with his arms visibly bulging with muscle and his veins standing out in stark relief. Despite the grueling workout, he was able to gain a quarter-inch gain from 17.25 inches to 17.5 inches in his arms without any pump. However, this wasn’t the first time he has been making headlines for performing something out of the box.

After a month of binge eating, Superhuman Troy recently undertook the formidable task of undergoing a one-week ab transformation. He set an absurd goal of performing 1000 ab workout reps every day for a week. To make things more interesting he adopted the cardio routine of established bodybuilders like Chris Bumstead, Zac Effron, and Ronnie Coleman and ended the challenge with Bruce Lee’s Dragonfly regime. 

However, the fitness influencer demonstrated the mind-boggling power of the human body by developing impressive abs in just seven days.

Super Troy’s approach to fitness may be unconventional, but it is a reflection of his willingness to push the boundaries and try new things.
