Earlier today, the After-School All-Stars Instagram page announced that the 82-time World Cup winner is joining the non-profit org’s National Board of Directors. “She will begin working alongside ASAS organization leadership to provide strategic support and guidance,” announced the non-profit organization.

After-School All-Stars addressed Vonn as “one of the most decorated American ski racers in history and is widely regarded among the greatest of all time.” They also praised the alpine skiing legend for her other accomplishments, including the work she does through the Lindsey Vonn Foundation. Vonn “supports young women through scholarships, education, and athletics.”

“ASAS is honored to have her on board,” wrote Arnold Schwarzenegger’s organization. The seven-time Mr. Olympia also welcomed Vonn to his cause. The ‘Governator’ quoted Vonn from the March 13 press release. He posted the quotes in his story and tagged the Olympian.

But how does the non-profit org raise millions?

Arnold Schwarzenegger always has a unique solution

While most non-profit organizations raise money through fundraisers, the bodybuilding legend’s fundraisers are always unique. Recently, the Hollywood icon personally trained a man who donated over $100,000 to ASAS.
