He derived the name as a reflection of how he would turn up in shows gloriously, and then disappear until the next one. However, as per his post, even at those times when Yates was not appearing on stage, he used to stick to his regime.

Nevertheless, he wrote, “That feeling of being on stage is unmatched. Thousands of eyes fixed on you, watching your every movement, perhaps in awe of your physique…”. The icon then went on to talk about how he felt before appearing on stage. “Pretty much every time I stepped on stage, I was supremely confident. I knew that I had put in the hard graft for both training and dieting down.”
