Chris Bumstead’s 2023 goals
As per the social media update, the 28-year-old athlete was seen pumping a weight bar slowly and steadily. He donned a ‘Bum Lifting Club’ belt along with a t-shirt featuring his name in bold fonts. Bumstead’s caption interestingly implied the genre of routine he’s going to take up for his desired proportion gain. “Slowly getting my strength back while still focusing on squeezing every rep rather than just increasing the weight,” his caption read.

He mindfully took time to recover from his torn biceps and is now intending to regain his strength. However, he is clear on his idea to utilize the potential of every single repetition rather than simply going heavier. “No more being a skinny b****,” the caption added.
