Growing up, almost everyone has been taught; if you want to grow tall, drink milk. eat more meat to put on some weight. But, is it possible to get in shape without any meat or dairy products? Well, bodybuilder and fitness coach, Nimai Delgado believes it’s possible. Delgado, who is now a vegan, claims that he has been meat free since ’89 and dairy products-free since ’15.

Nimai Delgado believes it can be difficult to adopt a plant-based lifestyle because of the conflicting information present on the internet about it. However, he assures it is possible to achieve the goal with a plant-based diet.

In an Instagram post in March this year, Nimai said, “As someone who has been doing this my entire life, let me reassure you that it is possible & achievable for you to lose fat, build muscle, & improve your health on a fully plant-based diet. I have helped tens of thousands of people with this process in my 8-week plant power challenge and would love to help you too.

Who is Nimai Delgado?

Nimai Delgado is a vegan fitness coach and a professional bodybuilder. He is also a mechanical engineer and a motivational speaker. Delgado was a part of James Cameron’s documentary ‘The Game Changer’ in 2018.

Nimai has also been featured on the cover of fitness magazines like Muscle and Fitness. Nimai also had a podcast that aimed to bring a “modern, more conscious perspective to health and fitness.” Through the podcast, Delgado shared inspirational stories and knowledge from the vegans of the current generation who strive to make a difference. The podcast is called “The generation v podcast with Nimai Delgado.”
