In his latest physique update, Nick Walker shared a mirror selfie of his legs after wrapping up leg day. Five weeks remain until the prestigious annual bodybuilding show, and Walker’s prep is in full swing. “Second leg day in the books.” The Mutant wrote in the caption. The selfie showed off the 2021 Arnold Classic winner’s massive quads. Additionally, nearly every vein in his legs could be counted.
The Mutant has varicose veins, which are located around his shins. However, in the gym selfie, the veins run down Walker’s quadriceps muscles like the roots of a tree. As the Arnold Classic approaches, the former Arnold Classic champion has begun posting more physique updates for his 1.3 million Instagram followers.

During the same interview, Walker’s varicose veins became a topic of discussion. Host Terrick El Guindy asked the 2021 Arnold Classic winner if he had fixed the varicose veins issue in his legs. El Guindy asked because he had seen some pictures of Walker where the veins on his left shin were not visible.
However, The Mutant laughed and responded, “No, what happened was, I was deadlifting. When I deadlift I rub against my shins and that’s really all that happened.”
