On 1st February 2023, Legendary NFL player Tom Brady shared a video on Twitter to share the news of his retirement with his fans. Soon after the news broke out, fans from all over the world reacted. Among the millions of fans of the star was the son of legendary bodybuilder-turned-actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Patrick Schwarzenegger. Schwarzenegger Jr. retweeted Brady’s tweet and expressed how he felt about the announcement.
Schwarzenegger revealed he cannot picture the game without the star. He wrote, “Can’t imagine NFL without him.” Furthermore, he got emotional when naming a few stars he has grown up watching that are no longer part of the active sport. “Crazy all the QBs I grew up watching are gone. Brady, Bree’s, Big Ben, manning,” added the Midnight Sun actor.

Cutting the long process short, Brady had taken to his Twitter to share the news with his fans directly.

Tom Brady started February 2023 by dropping the biggest bomb on his fans. The 45-year-old announced his retirement by sharing a video on Twitter. Adding a caption to his video tweet, Brady wrote, “Truly grateful on this day. Thank you 🙏🏻❤️” Furthermore, in his video, he thanked his friends, family, fans, competitors, etc.. for always supporting him.

Tom Brady has once again shocked the sports world with his retirement news. However, this isn’t the first time the player has made such an announcement. In February 2022, Brady made a similar announcement. However, he returned to the field not more than six weeks after the announcement. While his fans were elated with the news of his return, some mocked that his retirement was shorter than a Kardashian marriage.
