Speaking on these lines, Christina Schwarzenegger, his youngest daughter, is giving her action-star father every reason to be proud.

Christina is the second child of four in the Schwarzenegger-Shriver family. The Terminator star, in his December month newsletter, makes an adorable mention as a father who has watched his documentary producer daughter unfold her vision for life. Besides winning over a medical issue, the ‘Take Your Pills’ producer is on the roll to create awareness about issues that need serious attention and change.

Schwarzenegger, in his newsletter, gives a round-up of updates on what he’s reading, watching, and other happenings in his life. The global-fame actor shared his favorite movie of the month, his dear friend James Cameron’s brilliant spectacle, Avatar: The Way of Water. Furthermore, he wrote about his daughter’s “extraordinary” work.

As a father, Schwarzenegger gave his children the liberty to explore their interests and find their calling. “When you’re a father, you never know what your kids’ vision might be,” the ex-bodybuilder said. Christina has carved a niche for herself. In connection with this, Daddy Schwarzenegger expressed that he is proud of his daughter for becoming an “all-star documentary producer taking on the really important issues.

Christina’s latest release is similar to her first film, ‘Take Your Pills’ but this time about Xanax, an anti-anxiety pill. “Watch it (or watch both!) on Netflix,” Schwarzenegger wrote. Moreover, she produced her first documentary under the same title several years ago. The film enlightens the audience on the ill effects of Adderall, an ADHD drug. Well, the producer herself battled with drug abuse.

Christina was diagnosed with ADHD, prescribed Adderall

Diagnosed with ADHD at 5, Christina began taking Adderall in the ninth grade to deal with focus issues. Upon usage for a few months, she discontinued it as the side effects became too much to handle. However, she had it back again during her junior college, which turned into an addiction.

Realizing its negative impacts, she made a serious effort to put an end to the abusive habit. It took a 6–7-month long challenging phase of indulging in activities that could calm her down and deal with the sudden emptiness from suspending the usage of the drug. At the end, Christina emerged successful in the battle.
