While discussing the misinformation regarding bodybuilding, Frank Zane shared a life-saving and efficient tip for bodybuilders. As the internet confuses aspiring bodybuilders with different amounts of training duration. Zane made it absolutely clear with his opinion.

“The only way you find out is by trial and error,” Zane said and continued, “There is no answer that fits everybody, you basically go on how you feel.” As per the bodybuilding legend, there’s no such thing as training time. Everyone has different routines.

“If you are feeling tired then you are training too often. You are going to get overtrained. You need to strike a balance,” Zane explained and continued with, “That is what everyone has to find. I cannot tell anyone where the balance is, that is something you have to find out for yourself.”

If you are tired, there’s no point in training. Rest is also as important as training. Zane was pretty straightforward with his answer. Each bodybuilder’s training varies from person to person. According to Zane, every workout has a specific purpose. You cannot just repeat the same workout every day. You need a proper routine for everything you do.
