Arnold Schwarzenegger and Wilt Chamberlain are two of the most popular personalities in the sporting world. These renowned athletes are legendary in their respective sports of bodybuilding and basketball. While Wilt was one of the NBA superstars of his time, Arnold is one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time. The legends have even collaborated outside their respective sport by starring in the movie ‘Conan the Destroyer’ in 1984.

Meanwhile, a resurfaced image of Arnie standing with Wilt Chamberlain and Hugh Hefner caught everyone’s attention on Twitter.

Fans react to Arnold’s picture with a mysterious 4th person

A resurfaced image of Arnold, Chamberlain and Hefner recently made the rounds on Twitter, and it caught the attention of fans. Many reacted to the uneven height difference in the picture as a 6’2” Arnie stands with a 7’2” Wilt and a rather tiny looking Hugh Hefner who is 5’6”. The image was shared on a Twitter account named Super 70s Sports. They quoted the picture, “Hugh Hefner, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Wilt Chamberlain, and f**k it; I think that’s Oscar Goldman back there.”

Meanwhile, the picture also created curiosity among the fans who tried hard to recognize the fourth person. But before that, one user replied, “Ha-ha! Arnold looks like a midget between those two. That’s deadly, man!” to a picture of Arnie being lifted by both Andre the Giant and Wilt Chamberlain. Meanwhile, one penned, “Ahnuld looks small in this photo.” On the other hand, one wrote, “First thing I noticed was that yam.” Another person guessed, “Think that’s Roy Scheider in the back…” Another penned, “Legend has it that Wilt Chamberlain was stronger than Arnold Wilt could bench 500 lbs no problem.”

While one appreciated Hugh, “Hef positively rocking the Canadian tuxedo.” Another penned, “Oscar Goldman? You mean trinity’s chicken that Ricky lost?” Meanwhile, someone pointed at Wilt, saying, “Wilt has small feet for his height.” Finally, someone made fun of the scene behind the picture, “They are just deciding who is going up the ladder to clean the gutter.”  One humorously wrote, “the body count in this pic is crazy.”

Another wrote, “Wilt just got out of the grotto with all of the Playmates from 1972 before this photo.” One user again tried to guess, “Dude on the far left looks like Roy Scheider to me.” One penned, “Wilt made Arnold look small and people think any of today’s #NBA centers could stop him 🤣 No doubt Hefner had to recruit replacements.” Following this, one said, “This picture is insane lol.” Another wrote, “Crazy when Arnold looks like a little kid.”

The two shared a strong bond despite the difference in their respective sports. Moreover, they maintained that close bond until Wilt’s passing in 1999. Seeing the old picture of them would’ve certainly reminded fans of the good old days. Both were talented men who did not limit themselves to sports.

Arnold and Wilt excelled beyond the realm of athletics and showed their magic when they shared the screen.
