Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg has built a strong and successful career in movies, becoming one of the highest-paid actors in the industry. Yet movies aren’t his only passion. The 51-year-old actor’s insanely fit physique is a result of his obsession with fitness and bodybuilding. The actor, now with his 4 am club and Performance Inspired company, is more driven than ever. Turned into a fitness trainer recently, Mark Wahlberg urges fans to start their bodybuilding journey now, in a recent video.
Wahlberg and his friend Mike are in the video, where Mike just drops down and starts performing push-ups at Wahlberg’s behest. The actor, who recently saved his dying F45 fitness franchise, is dead serious about inculcating the habit of fitness and training among others.

Wahlberg recently took to his Instagram and shared a video of himself and his buddy Mike. Wahlberg said, “Right here. The true definition of Inspire to be better… My man is down 55 lbs today. OK? 56 days, 55 lbs”, pointing towards Mike. The latter, who has undertaken the Performance Inspired program has seen results in his weight in less than 2 months.
Mike then started doing push-ups, as Wahlberg turned towards the camera and continued, “Look at him… Inspire to be better. I guarantee you, you can do it. It’s time to get motivated, it’s time to get inspired. Look at Mike”. Wahlberg, who wakes up at 2:30 am to start his workout at 4 am, was showing that true results can be achieved if only the right amount of effort is put in the right place.

The 4 am club is something he has always been serious about. Wahlberg has always talked about how much he enjoys starting his day very early. Back in 2018, when he used to work out at the Equinox gym, he was grateful to them for allowing him to start training that early. His day, which starts as early as 2:30 am, also involves long praying sessions before working out. And now, he wants everyone to start their own healthy routine and watch as the results follow.
