Lou Ferrigno is more than just a big body
Earlier this year, the original and incredible Hulk, Lou Ferrigno, participated in the reality series, “The Celebrity Apprentice.” Earning some money for a charitable organization wasn’t the only goal he had in mind while joining the series. He had a harmless personal agenda, too.
The actor wanted the audience to see him in a new life. He wanted to show a side of himself that has never been seen before. In an exclusive interview with the Men’s Journal, Ferrigno spoke about his intentions and expectations from the show. He said, “It will show how smart I am. Everyone gets the impression that as a bodybuilder, you just focus on the body, but they will respect a never before seen side that shows my integrity and fighting spirit.”
Ferrigno also shared the secret behind his fit physique, despite his growing age. He revealed that he still eats healthy and works out six days a week. Even during the filming of the show, Lou stayed true to his diet and worked out on the weekends when he found time. He added, “There is no excuse for anyone not to train three times a week. People want to look fat. Anyone can change their mind if they want to. It’s all about motivation.”
Lou’s role as a member of the White House
Apart from being a successful bodybuilder and actor, Ferrigno has held an important position in the ministry as well. In 2018, Lou Ferrigno was appointed as a member of the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition under the Trump government.
