IFBB champion, Chris Bumstead is hailed as the king of Classic Physique, having won the Mr. Olympia title for four consecutive years since 2019. A recent video surfaced on the internet that teased the stunning variations in his physique right from his childhood to the present times. The YouTube video posted by Alex Red Studio on 3rd March, accumulated notable recognition from fans. 

The bodybuilder’s iconic transformation took a hilarious turn in the comments section, after fans pointed out his contrasting looks. His mustache was the central topic of amusement among fans. They hinted that it complemented his dominance in the sport whereas, without it, he looked like a simple shredded guy.

As the social media update revealed, the 4x Mr. Olympia was featured from his toddler days, upto the time he emerged as the undisputed Classic champion at 28. Starting with the montage, an adorable little CBum was seen playing the piano. The next significant second was him at 17, when he appeared rather fit thus, signifying his indulgence in powerlifting.

At 18, a brief snippet of him weightlifting was depicted while a glimpse of his 19-year-old days showed him competing at pro events. Remarkably, the picture at 21,  was a point of wonder for many fans. Bumstead’s physique seemed absolutely robust at that phase. However, the intrigue amongst the fans was directed at his 24-year-old look. He’d grown a mustache and in the subsequent features, a beard as well. 

Hence, fans were of the view that the 6’0 athlete’s bearded look, especially with the mustache, is what boosted his power in the domain. Besides that, the reactions also revolved around the abrupt matured semblance post 19 years.

In less than a month, the video went viral and gathered 847k views and 58k likes. Fans resorted to the comments section to administer a wide range of reactions. One fan wrote, “CBum without mustache just an ordinary muscle guy.” Whereas another comment read, “That mustache is the one that changed him forever.” 

On a hilarious note, one fan implied that Cbum’s look at 19 resembled the fan’s dad. Making bold revelations, another fan stated, “The mustache increased his power to unimaginable levels.” Similarly, another “dad” reference asserted, “I’m 21 rn and at 21 CBum looks like he could be my dad.” The Canadian pro once revealed why he chose to don a mustache, last year.
