The American bodybuilder reflected on his epic bodybuilding career in the interview with Predator Nutrition. Giving in to the world’s intrigue, the interviewer enquired, “What are your principles of success in bodybuilding and life? How do you stay motivated over so many years?”

Coleman revealed that he valued a “simple” outlook on the cause. He said, “NO SHORT CUTS. I learned at a very young age that you can accomplish anything you want through hard work.” Additionally, he admitted to the fact that some people are favored by fortune and fate, however, that’s not what worked out for him.
