Former IFBB ace, Jay Cutler‘s intense workout routines signify that he doesn’t plan on backing down; age is just a number for him. Recently, he let his fans take a sneak peek into his seemingly high-intensity drill leaving them baffled. Even though he retired from pro competing years ago, he hasn’t leveled down on his robustness.
In an Instagram video posted a few hours ago, the pro shared a video of him sweating it out at the gym. He pulled several degree lat pulldowns while the lens spotlighted his sturdy upper body. Here’s a closer glance at his workout.

As per the social media update, the 49-year-old icon blessed his fans’ feed with another of his powerful routines. Flaunting his shredded physique, he powered through a back conditioning exercise. The 4x Mr. Olympia effortlessly pulled on the cables, however, his exhaustion was evident at the end. “It’s Monday. Let’s get after it,” the caption read.

Teasing his new week motivation, Cutler killed the workout and brought out his beast mode on the internet. His immense success in the sport has vaulted him to the top of the industry. Although he doesn’t credit only his stern workouts that helped him set his name to the consecutive titles.

The quad-stomp poser once opened up about his mind-blowing diet regimen ahead of his first Mr. Olympia win, which significantly added to his glory. In 2006, Cutler defeated the reigning Ronnie Coleman, and took over as the new undisputed champion for the next few years.

Talking to Mike Sartain in his podcast, the pro detailed his insane protein diet which helped him build the physique the world revered. “I’m not going to lie, there was a lot of diets I ate 140 egg whites a day. So I was cracking eggs non-stop,” he disclosed.
His protein meals grossed over thirty eggs a day because he had set a 500 grams-protein target. Apart from that, he consumed around four pounds of meat every day. Apparently, he had distanced himself from society and worked on his size and gains to defeat the former champion.
