Pro bodybuilder, Nick Walker AKA The Mutant, has been quite the phenom in the bodybuilding industry. He aced the 2021 Arnold Classic and has been among the top five contenders of Mr. Olympia since his debut in 2021. Besides hard-core competing, Walker also believes in efficient transformation rather than bulky ones. Talking to Mutant And The Mouth on YouTube, the 28-year-old sensation opened up about his training priorities along with picking G.O.A.T. Ronnie Coleman’s instance of physical challenges post years of iron-pumping.

“And I think that’s why Jay Cutler now feels fine and has no problems versus you have someone like Ronnie, who is the GOAT, but he can’t even walk, you know what I mean,” Walker said. He also mentioned that he ducked the Dorian Yates workout approach to a Cutler approach as it helped him gain more coherently.
Furthermore, he deduced that this form actually neutralizes his body aches and pains, which usually result from extreme workout drills. Shedding light on that, he even gave the fans a sneak of his shredded build after the 2022 competitions.
