“Yeah!! Buddy”, Coleman started the episode in his signature catchphrase before expressing his joy at the prospect of Mr. Olympia having returned to Las Vegas. The conversation continued until the interviewer brought up the name ‘Andrew Jacked’.
In response Coleman said, “Andrew.. He’s still kind of new to the sport, so I think he’s still got some things to work on”, sharing his skepticism about him. He continued, “Kind of hard to just come in and overtake guys that’s been around for a long time, and they’ve grown in a certain way that you hadn’t had a chance to mature in”. Coleman’s words were aimed to highlight the practicality of the issue. He further continued, “I think once he gets to where those guys are, he can probably have a chance of winning too, but not right now. He’s just too young”.
A realistic approach to any sport, let alone bodybuilding, is always the smarter choice. Coleman’s advice can pave a similar path for Jacked to follow.
