Gal Yates, who is soon to turn 48, was featured on her husband’s Instagram, where the two were working out together. The fitness model, who once competed as a bikini athlete, showed no signs of complacency during her workout.

Gal Yates and Dorian Yates looked like an inspired couple together. While Dorian Yates has been setting fitness goals and raising the bodybuilding standards for young gym-goers years after his retirement, his wife Gal Yates is not far behind. Although there is a 13-year gap in their ages, the husband-wife couple seems to perfectly complement each other both inside and outside their workout sessions.
Dorian Yates took to his Instagram recently and wrote, “Leg extensions with @gal_yates”, posting a video of her doing the same. He further wrote, “Here’s Gal’s final set on our first exercise for legs, leg extensions. These really get the quads fired up and are great for pre-exhausting. As always, control the movement and emphasize the squeeze at the top”. A proud bodybuilder and a husband, he turned trainer for his wife during this session.
