It has been nearly two months since the completion of bodybuilding‘s most remarkable event in the world. And yet the Olympia hangs heavy on everyone’s mind. After their respective standings at the competition, bodybuilders have immediately taken the initiative to work on themselves. The bodybuilders are focussing on areas of weaknesses, improving their size, and frequently posting their updates on social media. One such bodybuilder is an American who ranked 14th at the Olympia last December. Seven weeks post Olympia, he just gave an update on his physique and about his onward and upwards journey.

Taking to his Instagram, this American bodybuilder showed off his body in two different poses. His caption hints at his physical development since the conclusion of Olympia and his current weight.

Charles Griffen, who recently turned 40, took to his Instagram to share a picture of his body. He wrote in the caption, “7 weeks post Olympia update 258lbs we on that health phase”. Standing tall, he is showing off his shapely body with his biceps and his triceps in the two pictures respectively. He looks determined to improve since his performance at the Olympia.

Although Griffen showed promising signs entering the Olympia, he, unfortunately, ended outside the Top 10 rankings. He won the California state Pro competition in 2022 and was looking forward to making his mark at the Olympia. Griffen was realistic and wasn’t necessarily looking to lift the Olympia trophy just yet. But he did set the bar high for himself and looked to obtain a position inside the Top 10 rankings.
