As per a recent Instagram update by the athlete’s official account, Bonac boasted his rugged physique. He claimed that this was a few weeks out from the latest 2022 Mr. Olympia competitions. However, his long caption ended with a shocking note where he disclosed whether he should comply with his haters and retire from the industry. “… Or just do my nah sayers a favor (haters) & just go 4 retirement??,” his caption stated.

The Ghanaian native even hinted at the approaching Arnold Classics, he said, “What’s next? @arnoldsports?? Tik tik, Only 8 weeks left!!.” William Bonac was placed in the 9th position in the recent Mr. Olympia last year. However, the athlete managed to confuse the stakeholders in deducing an idea for his next objective.
In another baffling statement, Bonac stated if he should perform a “show close” in the upcoming Mr. Olympia. Bewildering his fans and co-contenders, the 40-year-old bodybuilder hinted at a range of ideas he may involve in the forthcoming times. Even though Bonac seems to be giving conflicting hints to his social media community, a 7x Mr. Olympia legend wants him to “Keep fighting brother as many including myself know you’ve got more left in the tank. God Bless you.”

Even though the down-to-earth bodybuilder wasn’t able to win a Mr. Olympia title to his name, he has been consistently placed in the top five contenders for two consecutive years, in 2019 and 2020. In a recent Instagram post, Bonac posted a set of pictures that was noticed by 7x Mr. Olympia winner, Phil Heath.

Heath’s advised, “I actually think the side ab pose should be second compared to it being hit straight on. Your taper is great showing the definition and separation from the arms all the way down through the quads. Hitting it from the side shows more width which isn’t in my opinion what you need in that shot compared to it straight on. Crazy how angles work.”
