A good body with great confidence is the key to winning contests, like Mr. Olympia. Ronnie Coleman is hands down one of the best bodybuilders the sport has ever seen. So, when the 8x winner looks at an athlete as the winner for the next 3-4 years, it does nothing but skyrockets confidence.

This is exactly what happened with Big Ramy. The Egyptian bodybuilder is among the front runners in the upcoming Mr. Olympia competition. His preparations are visible not only to his contenders but to the legends of the field too.

Ronnie Coleman shares his opinion

Recently, Big Ramy took to his Instagram to share a video story of Ronnie Coleman. In the video, King Coleman was seen sharing his opinion on Big Ramy’s chances of maintaining his winning streak with Amer Al-Ghazu.

Coleman recounted Ramy’s previous wins and stated how that is an advantage for the reigning champion. The King said, “Well, I’ve already been on the record and said that Big Ramy probably wins for the next maybe three to four years in Mr. Olympia. So I think he is already probably about three years at least ahead of anybody else right now, so I don’t see nobody coming close to him in the next three-four years. Best conditioning ever, light years ahead of everybody.”
