Mr. Olympia 2022 Champion Workouts With His Toddler Son in the Most Adorable Video

While the bodybuilding community is still talking about Hadi Choopan and his big Mr. Olympia 2022 win, the champion has already moved on. Within days after claiming his first major title, Choopan is already preparing for the 2023 championships. However, a cute little family member recently joined Choopan at the gym and helped him with his training session.

 Besides sharing an adorable video with his son, Choopan also shared a heartfelt message on his social media. The bodybuilder also mentioned a prestigious title, due to which he feels extremely proud of his achievements.

Hadi Choopan’s new training partner

The bodybuilder recently posted an Instagram video of him doing some reps on the leg press machine. However, except for Choopan, his youngest child caught everyone’s attention. It seems like the little boy accompanied his father to give him some motivation.

In the caption of this wholesome post, Choopan confessed how being a father is more prestigious than being called a champion to him. He wrote, “Being a champion is very enjoyable, becoming a champion is a great honor, but my friends, one should be proud of his father and tell his friends that my father is a champion, and I want to tell all of you that the joy of being a father is ten times that of a champion, so first become a father, then become a real champion of your children and your family, then a champion of competitions.” 

In the video, Choopan’s son adorably laid on his father’s chest while the bodybuilder cuddled him and continued his workout. Fans were left completely awestruck by this father-son duo.

For Choopan, his wife and kids always come first, and he is incredibly thankful for them. Hence, in his emotional post, after winning the Mr. Olympia title, he mentioned his family for their support.

At Mr. Olympia 2022 stage, Choopan surprised the entire community with his insane execution and ripped body. After finally claiming his first Mr. Olympia title after years of hard work, the bodybuilder opened up about the struggles he overcame over the years.

However, he did not fail to thank the people who always stood by his side, including his family. He said it was due to “the prayers of my family…” Choopan successfully claimed the top bodybuilding title. He did not forget to mention his friends and fans for their well-wishes.
