Lindy Olsen, a five-time World Figure Champion, has made a name for herself as one of the most disciplined and dedicated athletes in the industry. The mother from the Gold Coast has set high standards when it comes to having a ripped physique. However, despite her impressive record and toned physique, she once revealed that she was, in fact, the world’s laziest person and indulged in chocolate twice a day.

The fitness icon shocked the entire world when she lost a total of 29kgs through personal training and workouts. But her statement about her inactive nature garnered a lot of global attention.

In 2015, Olsen confessed that her natural inclination was to be lazy and to indulge in her favorite treats. “I am the world’s laziest person,” Lindy said. She also added how she couldn’t resist having chocolates even during her training days. ‘I eat chocolate at least twice a day” she told The Daily Mail Australia. However, the 47-year-old also informed that she had worked tirelessly towards improving her metabolism. She emphasized the importance of discipline and consistency in achieving her fitness goals.

Olsen’s approach to fitness and nutrition was centered around balance and moderation. While she may have indulged in consuming chocolate twice a day, she also ensured that she was consuming a 7-step balanced diet that included plenty of protein, healthy fats, and whole foods. “There is nothing on the seven rules that you cannot eat,” she said. She also maintained a regular exercise routine, which included a combination of strength training and cardiovascular exercises.
