Joey Swoll, a fitness icon with a massive following on Instagram, recently took a strong stance against body shaming and bullying that happened in workout places. In a recent Instagram post, he harshly criticized a young boy who body-shamed a man by filming and posting a video of him in a sauna.

The video, which went viral on social media, showed a man sitting in a sauna and minding his own business when the young kid started recording him. The kid then proceeded to body-shame the man, mocking his weight and physique. The video was widely criticized for its insensitivity and lack of respect for the man’s privacy.
