Recently, he shared an interesting post on Instagram that sheds light on saving money and prioritizing personal health above all. In addition to a brief snippet iterating the same, he also put in an elaborate caption that enlisted the minor expenses that make saving money difficult.

The note also rightly emphasized the benefits of cost-effective practices that may also push one closer toward their goals. He issued a comparison of irrelevant expenditures to that of investing in oneself. Here’s what he said.

As per the social media update that surfaced yesterday, the 57-year-old athlete contemplated that people ignorantly spend on unnecessary items. Yet they complain that they can’t afford to invest in themselves. “It’s not JUST properly allocating funds for important things, but what if it was also saving you money in the long-run?” the caption insinuated.

Furthermore, the pro highlighted daily expenses that amount to little or no value like “daily coffee, take out lunches/dinners, or even a personal trainer.” He offered price breakdowns in the video implying his 1:1 training program to be either equal to or half the price of the above-said spends. Hence, Wheeler suggested to his followers that they switch to his affordable training program, brew coffee, and make delicious lunches at home itself. “WILL NOT ONLY SAVE YOU MONEY, but will also contribute to reaching your goals!” he asserted.

Similarly, fans acknowledged the bodybuilder’s efforts with appreciation and insights. They spoke of the irony in people’s expenditures; going out for movies and junk food but not prioritizing their bodies’ health. Last month, he once again expressed his dislike for the irrational waste of money.
