Even though Schwarzenegger resided in Sacramento while serving as governor of California, the former couple resided in the Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles during their marriage. After living in the mansion for some time, they sold it to Max and Vicki Kennedy for $12.9 million, who own the property now.

The beautiful property is situated on 1.75 acres of land between Rustic Canyon Creek and Will Rogers Historic Park. The stunning mansion was first built in 1981. In addition, it has a large kitchen, six huge bathrooms, and five bedrooms with broad windows. A family room, sauna, spa, pool, and lit tennis court are all-inclusive. The site’s old oak, sycamore, and eucalyptus can make any nature lover go aww.

Arnold donates to a charity

Once, Arnold discovered the non-profit Village for Vets and gave $250,000 to build tiny homes. As a result, there were slightly under 3,900 homeless veterans living in Los Angeles. During an interview with Fox, Schwarzenegger said, “It’s a great Christmas gift for me because it makes me feel good that I was able to do something for these very very special people. The veterans that have served this country so well. And that I could do something for this country.”

They had been residing in tents arranged in rows along the streets for the longest time. Then, finally, the bodybuilder’s donated dwellings were completely furnished with beds and air conditioning. These fully furnished homes were constructed thanks to everyone’s combined efforts, giving the veterans a place to call home permanently.
