Sharon Stone has got it all, along with killer abs, that too at the age of 64. Stone shot to fame during the 1990s when she starred in movies such as Basic Instinct and Casino. However, soon after, in the early 2000s, her Hollywood career seemed to come to an end after she suffered a stroke. However, Stone embarked on a wellness journey, and that journey goes on to date.
In fact, Sharon Stone has gone on to spread her mantra of how she manages to stay super fit and toned even at the age of 64.

In an interview with Vogue, Sharon Stone revealed what she did every day to keep in good shape. She said, “People think that you have to go to the gym and you have to do 3,000 pounds of weight all the time, but you don’t.”
Then she disclosed her workout routine and even gave some tips to the readers on how to optimize their exercise. “You have to move your body, and add a little bit of resistance. Periodically throughout the day, I just move my body. I do it when I’m on set.” In fact, Stone surprises her crew with her prowess every day. She further adds, “My crew is always like, ‘That’s so cool that you just throw down and do some kickbacks.'” Stone also revealed some exercises that could come in handy while working out.

She talked about some of the exercises that she frequently indulges in to keep up her fitness level. “Also, I do all my ‘arm jazz’ with these lead weights. Pushing upwards for 15 minutes with a lead weight in your hand makes a lot of difference. I have little arm strap-on weight bracelets too…”, Stone added. She also recommended some other machines that she finds very useful. “I have a little plastic thing that looks like a skateboard that’s bent that you balance on and cuts your center core. I have the Suzanne Somers ThighMaster, and frankly, it is sensational.”

It seems like Stone does a lot of physical work to maintain her physique. But her suggestions for the readers were not only limited to physical exercises. She had other tips, besides working on the body.

For holistic growth, Sharon Stone focuses on the mind as well as the body. She believes that meditation is a good way to strengthen the soul. In fact, she takes small breaks from her workday to carve out some time for meditation. Not only this but eating clean is also something that she has stressed upon.

Stone also believes that it is a person’s responsibility to keep a check on themselves and how they are feeling. According to her, “Pleasure is the thing that lasts for a moment and happiness is the thing that lasts with some continuation, so if we’re not happy for several days, we start to notice.” It is essential to keep a track of basic necessities such as proper food, sleep, and rest. Sharon Stone’s advice seems to be effective, given the point that she is crushing it in the physique department.
