When one starts lifting professionally, they just don’t focus on the quantity, but also on the quality of the lift. However, some might forget the basics of lifting and change their focus to weights. Hafthor is not one of them. While talking with Thor, The Titan praised the range of motion he covers during his lifts.
O’Hearn said, “Your guys’ range of motion is better than a lot of bodybuilders. And that’s what I don’t think they realize. I was watching you do incline press and there is an extension that you do.
